These Terms of Service govern your use of TFI Google Docs Migrator, an internal tool provided by The Forge Initiative (TFI). By authorizing this tool with your Google account, you agree to these terms.
TFI Google Docs Migrator is provided solely for the purpose of transferring ownership of Google Drive files from your personal Google account to TFI's Google Workspace. Use of this tool for any other purpose is not permitted.
By signing in, you authorize this tool to access your Google Drive and transfer ownership of files within the designated TFI folder to a TFI Google Workspace account. Ownership transfers performed through this tool are permanent and irreversible — once transferred, you will no longer be the owner of those files. Review the list of files carefully before initiating a transfer.
This tool is available only to individuals authorized by TFI. If you have not been directed to use this tool by TFI, you should not proceed.
This tool is provided "as is" for internal operational use. TFI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the tool's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFI shall not be liable for any loss of data, unintended file transfers, or other damages arising from use of this tool. Users are responsible for reviewing the files listed before initiating a transfer.
Your use of Google Drive through this tool is subject to Google's Terms of Service. This tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
TFI may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
